I’m Lindsey.

My roots are in Orange County and Southern California. I have spent 36 years here, which is long enough to remember what used to be on the corner and long enough to have opinions about it.

This is more than the area where I work. It is the place I know, the place I care about, and the place that shaped how I see neighborhoods, community, and home.

Most people find me because they are looking for something interesting to eat, visit, remember, or learn about in Orange County or somewhere else in Southern California. That is the part I enjoy most. The lists, the places that closed, the history hiding in plain sight, and the spots you could drive past every day without knowing their story.

Some people eventually decide they want to live here too. I am also a licensed California real estate agent, and I help people buy, sell, and relocate throughout Orange County and Southern California.

Those two sides of my work are more connected than they may seem. Real estate is about more than the home itself. It is also about understanding the neighborhood, the community, and what everyday life actually feels like. Knowing a place properly is what makes someone useful when you are deciding whether to move to it.
